These Terms of Use ("Terms"), including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), govern your access to and use of the Spark+ mobile application and related services provided by Spark+ ("we", "our"). By downloading or using Spark+, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Spark+ Service
Spark+ provides daily concise audio and text book summaries, recall quizzes, and knowledge management tools designed for personal learning and productivity.
2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Spark+ offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Spark+ Pro") providing unlimited access to the entire library archive and premium features.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the specified rate.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
3. Intellectual Property
All book summaries, audio narrations, artwork, and visual interfaces provided within Spark+ are proprietary original works or licensed content. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the app or its content without prior written permission.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Spark+ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide insightful and accurate summaries, we make no representations or warranties regarding completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Apple Standard EULA
This agreement incorporates by reference the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
