How do I listen in the background or with the screen locked?

Spark+ supports native iOS background audio and lock screen playback controls. Simply tap Play and lock your device or switch to other apps — playback will continue smoothly.

How do I restore my Spark+ Pro subscription?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Spark+, navigate to Profile → Account or open the subscription paywall, and tap Restore Purchases. Apple will securely verify your active subscription.

How do I cancel or modify my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. Go to your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, select Spark+, and make any desired changes.
